For group entry, enable companion editing on the scanner. Staff need an online connection to apply changes.

Does each companion need their own QR ticket?
It depends on your event mode. For group entry, companions are recorded with the primary guest. In individual ticket mode, each companion has a QR ticket and is scanned separately.
Can staff add or remove companions at the gate?
Yes, for group entry when scanner editing is enabled and the device is online. Staff choose a count and confirm within the configured event allowance.
Does the group ticket total include the primary guest?
Yes. It includes the primary guest and admittable companion tickets. Tickets admitted by one scan can differ from the group total when companions use individual QR tickets.
