QRS provides a QR code authentication and management platform that includes anti-counterfeit verification, event check-in management, and QR marketing campaign tools. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time.

All content, features, and functionality of the QRS platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and their compilation, are the exclusive property of QRS and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Payment Terms

Certain services require payment. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay all applicable fees. Fees are non-refundable except as expressly set forth in these Terms or as required by applicable law. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time, with notice provided to you.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QRS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of or inability to use our services.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Vietnam, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Hanoi, Vietnam.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
