The dashboard shows data received by the system. If a scanner is offline, its locally saved check-ins appear after it reconnects and syncs. Choose an automatic refresh interval or refresh manually.

Analytics refreshes every 5 seconds by default. Choose 10, 15, or 30 seconds, or 1 minute; turn automatic refresh off or refresh manually. The figures depend on check-ins already synced to the system.
No. They are saved on the scanner and appear after the device reconnects, syncs successfully, and the report refreshes.
Not necessarily. Check-in records, checked-in tickets, and unique guests are different metrics. Events with re-entry or companions should be read according to their configuration. Check-in analytics is not a current occupancy count.
Yes. QRS supports CSV for check-in records, Excel for the analytics workbook, and PDF for the summary report.
