FAQ

A few things to know before you begin.

Google’s guide to sharing and embedding forms ↗
Can I embed a Google Form?

Yes. Use the public responder form and make sure its access settings allow your customers to respond. The Google Form keeps its own fields and styling inside the branded page.

Where are responses stored?

For an embedded Google Form, Google Forms handles and stores the responses. The interactive sample on this page is local and does not submit or store responses.

Will customers need to sign in?

That depends on the form’s settings. For example, Google Forms requires sign-in when responses are limited to one per person. Check the visitor experience before using the QR.

Does a scan count as a submitted response?

No. A scan or page visit is different from a submission. A cross-origin embedded form needs a supported integration to report completed responses to QRS.
