BEYOND THE FIRST SCAN
Ready for event day.
From the first invitation to the last arrival, give your team a clear plan at every door.
Talk to our teamGuest lists & branded tickets
Import a guest list or open registration. Design the QR invitation, set ticket tiers, and send it by email. No app for guests to install.
Multiple doors, one overview
Assign staff to doors, control access by ticket tier, and follow synced arrivals together. Can’t find a ticket? Look up the guest by name or email.
Companions, badges & re-entry
Configure companions, enable badge printing, or allow check-out and re-entry. The door team follows your event’s rules.
A plan for interrupted connections
Prepare scanners online. Supported scans can queue during an outage and sync later. Devices can’t see each other’s pending scans, so conflicts may need review.
A FEW PRACTICAL ANSWERS
Before your first event.
Do guests need to install an app?
No. Guests can show their QR ticket on a phone or bring a printed copy. Your door staff use the QRS scanner in a browser to check them in.
Can I bring my existing guest list?
Yes. Import your guest list, organize ticket tiers, and map additional information to your event's custom fields. You can also invite guests through a registration form.
What happens when a ticket is scanned twice?
For an event without re-entry, QRS shows that the ticket is already checked in, including its previous entry details. Events with check-out and re-entry enabled follow the event's entry policy. A copied QR code is still the same ticket, not a separate admission.
Can my team use more than one entrance?
Yes. Set up doors and assign staff for your event. You can configure ticket-tier access and capacity for each door, then review synced arrivals in the event dashboard.
What happens if the internet connection drops?
Prepare and sync the scanners while online. Supported check-ins can be queued locally during an outage and synced when the connection returns. Offline devices cannot see each other's pending scans; duplicate or blocked entries may need review after syncing. The dashboard updates after scans have synced.
Can I use my own ticket design?
Yes. Customize your event ticket with your branding and event details. Each guest receives their own QR ticket, which can be displayed on a phone or printed.
