Design ahead of time
Create an event-branded badge with the guest's name, organization, and ticket tier. Review the design before doors open.
QRS / BADGE PRINTING
After scanning a ticket or finding a guest, staff review their details and select Print badge. A badge based on your event design is prepared at the welcome desk.
Badge printing must be enabled for the event, with a printer configured at the desk.
AT THE WELCOME DESK
Skip searching through stacks of preprinted badges. The guest profile shows their name, organization, and ticket tier so staff can verify the details before printing.

PREPARE AND ADAPT
Prepare the badge design, print as guests arrive, and handle reprints without disrupting the check-in workflow.

After verifying a ticket, staff can select Print badge from the check-in result or find the guest in the list.
A badge goes missing? Open the guest profile or a recent check-in to print the right person's badge again.
CHECK-IN AND PRINTING ARE SEPARATE STEPS
Printing does not determine the check-in result. If the browser cannot open the print dialog, staff can open the badge image and find the guest to reprint later.

A badge can be printed if its image is already cached on the device. Otherwise, staff can reprint it after the connection returns. Check the printer and event data before arrivals.
