How to create and manage products
A Product is the core unit in QRS. Each product belongs to a brand and can be assigned a QR code for customer verification. When a customer scans the QR code, the verification page displays the product information along with the verification status.
Create a new product
Open the Products page
Log in to the CMS, select "Products" from the left sidebar menu. Click the "Create Product" button to begin.
Select a brand
Select the brand this product belongs to from the "Brand" dropdown. You need to have at least one brand created before creating a product.
Enter the product name
Enter the product name in the "Name" field. This is a required field. The product name will appear on the verification page when a customer scans the QR code.
Add product images
Click the upload button in the Images section to add product photos. You can upload multiple images at once from the media library. Images will be displayed on the verification page.
Write a product description
Use the rich text editor to write a detailed product description. The editor supports text formatting, links, and lists.
Enter the SKU code (optional)
Enter the SKU (Stock Keeping Unit) code for inventory management. The SKU is optional and helps distinguish product variants.
Customize verification messages
You can customize two messages shown on the verification page: "Success verification message" appears when the product is verified for the first time, and "Already verified warning" appears when the product has been previously verified.
Add related products (optional)
Add related products to display recommendations on the verification page. Each related product needs a name, image, and URL. You can add up to the maximum number of related products.
Preview and save
Use the "Preview" button to see how the verification page will look. You can preview in different states: new QR code or already activated. When satisfied, click "Create" to save the product.

Manage products
After creation, you can view, edit, lock, or delete products from the list. Products can be filtered by brand or searched by name.
Search and filter products
Use the search bar to find products by name. Use filters to display products for a specific brand.
Edit a product
Click on a product to open the edit page. Update the information and click "Save".
Lock a product
Lock a product to prevent edits. Locked products still appear on the verification page but their information cannot be changed.
Delete a product
Click the delete icon next to the product. You will need to confirm the deletion. Note: this action cannot be undone.
Important notes
You need to create at least one brand before creating a product. After creating a product, you need to generate a QR batch and print the QR codes on the product to activate the verification feature.
